NFL Sunday Ticket

Enhanced NFL Sunday Ticket purchase experience for users.

My role was to create a better user experience for the 2016 Season’s purchase flow and to create a quick click through prototype for user testing.

Key problems on the previous season In the 2015 season packages page, there were some unclear prices displayed and unclear package details. A user could pay a full package price for just a one-time payment, but they could also pay per month. $199 and the copy that indicated a monthly payment plan available was not clear enough for users about details of the plan. Another problem was the Max Package had all the features of a “To Go” package, and two more features. The 2015 version didn’t show the details of the two additional features. The add on price tag was also not clear. The default stated the Add NFL Game Pass +50 and when the user checked to add the Game Pass, it read to: Remove NFL Game Pass -50 with check box which made users confused.

After the user testing, the design team sorted out the results and then update the flow for the 2016 season.
